We were told that the judge was to announce his decision by noon today.
Right before 2pm we got an e-mail forwarded from our worker that said that the judge has postponed announcing his decision until March 16 at 9am.
I'm speechless.

Our timeline to another ADOPTION!!!!...
Sept. 10, 2012 - We brought our new little ones home!! We are a family of SEVEN!!
Sept. 8 & 9, 2012 - More visits with the kids in their town.
Sept. 1-3 - We will visit with the kids in their town.
August 28, 2012 - We read the files and met the kids!
August 9, 2012 - BIS - we were chosen as the family for the 5, 3 and 2 yr. olds!
July 28, 2012 - We were presented with a profile for a 5 yr. old gir, 3 yr. old boy and 2 yr. old boy. Infant boy if his case goes that way.
March 16, 2012 - Judge ruled to leave the kids with foster mom - failed placement for us :(
Nov. 22, 2011 - Learned that fostermom was appealing decision. Have to wait for trial/hearing to find out if we will indeed get kids or not :(
Oct. 28, 2011 - We were chosen in a BIS for three children!! B (4), G (3), B (1).
July 2011 - Spent the past year submitting our homestudy on MANY children. We were disappointed time and again when the foster parents or a relative would decide last minute that they were indeed interested in adoption. Completed our homestudy update for this year...now to find OUR child(ren)!!
June 10, 2010 - Recieved the rough draft of our homestudy update for review.
May 13, 2010 - Got our first profile.
Dec. 9, 2009 - Rec'd packet from adoption agency.
Nov. 25, 2009 - Saw a sibling group of three little girls on a waiting childrens site that we felt a connection with.
Aug. 2009 - Decided not to renew our foster licence but instead look into adopting a child/ren with parental rights already terminated.
Sept. 8 & 9, 2012 - More visits with the kids in their town.
Sept. 1-3 - We will visit with the kids in their town.
