Our timeline to another ADOPTION!!!!...

Jan. 23, 2012 - Court trial lasted all day and is still not done. Now we have to wait for Feb. 17.

Nov. 22, 2011 - Learned that fostermom was appealing decision. Have to wait for trial/hearing January 23, 2012 to find out if we will indeed get kids or not :(

Oct. 28, 2011 - We were chosen in a BIS for three children!! B (4), G (3), B (1).

July 2011 - Spent the past year submitting our homestudy on MANY children. We were disappointed time and again when the foster parents or a relative would decide last minute that they were indeed interested in adoption. Completed our homestudy update for this year...now to find OUR child(ren)!!

June 10, 2010 - Recieved the rough draft of our homestudy update for review. Sent back the additions/changes that were needed.

May 13, 2010 - Got our first profile.

Dec. 9, 2009 - Rec'd packet from adoption agency.

Nov. 25, 2009 - Saw a sibling group of three little girls on a waiting childrens site that we felt a connection with.

Aug. 2009 - Decided not to renew our foster licence but instead look into adopting a child/ren with parental rights already terminated.
