My act of self-kindness for day 18 was...
I made myself (and the family) banana nut bread with chocolate chips just because it sounded good. It smelled SO yummy baking and tasted SO good!
Adoption Update:
I heard from the adoption worker that she has sent our information to the worker for the sibling set. She did say that there are several families interested so we'll just have to wait and see if we're chosen as one of the top three. Hopefully we'll be getting a little more information about the kids before then!
